Trump to block the Trump Administration's efforts to exclude undocumented immigrants from the Census's apportionment count.
"Today's decision by the Southern District of New York is a win for a lawful 2020 Census and a loss for Trump's hurtful partisan politics.

Sánchez (CA-38), Harley Rouda (CA-48), and Katie Porter (CA-45) led a group of Orange County lawmakers in requesting a briefing from the Board of Education over its decision to reopen schools this fall. In a letter to the Board, the Members expressed safety concerns and sought additional clarification over its recommendations.
