Sánchez (CA-38) today released the following statement after the U.S. House of Representatives passed the Comprehensive CREDIT Act of 2020, which included her legislation, the Fair Credit Reporting for Servicemembers Act. This would allow service members to dispute any negative information, or "dings," on their credit report that occurred while they were serving in a combat zone or aboard a U.S. vessel.

Norwalk, CAU.S. Rep. Linda T. Sánchez (CA-38) issued the following statement regarding Delta Airlines Flight 89's jet fuel dump during an emergency landing procedure on Tuesday, January 14, 2020.

"We are now learning that last week's fuel dump by a Delta airplane fell on more areas throughout Southern California than had been originally reported. My office has received several calls from constituents in Whittier, who reported a mist and smell coming from a plane flying overhead.
