Washington, DC—Rep. Linda T. Sánchez (CA-38), member of the House Ways and Means Committee, voted to pass the Moving Forward Act. This legislation invests more than $1.5 trillion in modern, sustainable infrastructure while creating millions of good-paying jobs, combatting the climate crisis, and addressing disparities in communities across California and throughout the country.
Washington, DC – Rep. Linda T. Sánchez (CA-38) along with 37 more Members of Congress urged Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross and U.S. Census Bureau Director Steven Dillingham to consider alternative options for ensuring a complete and accurate census count, highlighting the increased risk of an undercount during the coronavirus outbreak.
